I was wanting to know what the Bible says about dating because I was just curious.

dating? nothing that I know of. But I guess if you treat dating as a mini-marriage where you don't have sex, then you should be fine.
Besides, being faithful, being honest, being loving....these seem like pretty good dating tips to me...

Nothing specifically about dating but not to be unequally yoked and that starts when you're dating.
Also use Philippians 4:8 on what you need to think about.

Well, I know it says that carbon dating is 450,000 times inaccurate....
Honestly, dating is a recent phenomenon. Other cultures and times, dating did not exist. Two people were either arranged to wed, or they could only meet when family was present.

the concept of dating was probably neither firmly established at that time nor considered relevant, coz the bible does not really say anything about it.

date someone richer than you. do not go out with someone in your own socio-economic level because you won't get rich that way.
