If you translate it world by word, the equivalent in Spanish would be "Que duermas con los ángeles, querida mía". However, if I translate it taking into account how we normally use that English phrase in Argentina (because we do have an equivalent one), I'd translate it "Que sueñes con los angelitos/ángeles, querida". I should add that "querida" is a bit old-fashioned and it's not used among young people, so maybe it would be better to say "mi amor" (my love) or something similar.
