my sister lost 28 in 2 months by changing her eating habits. she started buying the low fat/calorie version of foods. started using fresh veggies instead of canned or frozen. also cut out junk food (or atleast limited it majorly she allows her self little treats every now and then) she also started drinking decaffeinated tea and started drinking healthier beverages. also started walking several times a week. she's still losing now and feels much better! she also went from eating one or two meals a day to eating 3 a day it helped boost her metabolism and give her the extra energy which of course helped her have the energy to walk which in turn boosted her metabolism even more.

Whole grains, more fruits and veggies, less sugars and fats. That's what you need.
Get exercise, don't starve yourself or you'll rebound like crazy. Eat regularly(5-6 times a day, which is about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours).
Great foods to work into the diet are sweet potatoes(the diet food for bodybuilders looking to lose fat), they're tasty and low carb. Also you can try stevia as a sweetener.

Avoid junk foods, soda, pizza, fast food. Eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water. Do some cardio (walking, jogging, jumping rope).
Don't make yourself throw up or starve yourself, don't try miracle diets or diet pills.
With hard work and determination you can accomplish anything!
Just doing those simple things should be more than enough to shed 10 pounds in 2 months.

All you need to do is eat less calories and burn more. It is safe to lose up to 2.5 pounds per week without losing muscle. Drink lots of water especially before a meal to curb your appetite and walking is the best exercise for the results you want.

light fruit in the morning
salad little or no dressing at lunch
same goes for dinner
if not
nothing fried no bread no sweets(junk food) no pop nothing after
5pm to eat
