Let me just say that the Bible says that when Christ returns to earth, the whole world will know. You won't have to be asking a question on an internet forum or trying to catch it on the news. It will be abundantly clear. All I can say is that we should all be prepared, because what follows His return will be some pretty scary stuff for those who don't believe in Him as God's Son and accept His gift of salvation. Read the book of Revelation (New International Version or American Standard Version). It's bizarre, scary, but oh so true. Okay, I will get many thumbs down for this answer, but I don't care because I am not worried about pleasing anyone but God here, and I know He would want me to tell the Truth.

It is so saddening to hear that individuals feel they need to claim to be something they aren't. They are children of the King, but not the Son of God. Big difference. I like the before mentioned answers that talked about if Jesus were coming we wouldn't wonder if it was really him and the one that mentioned that not everyone has a TV. Jesus is going to come back some day. But believe me, we will know!

I don't watch the news period. And some people in the world don't have a t.v. I'm sure if Jesus was going to let people know he would not televise it. He would what everyone to know and would show it by letting all know who don't have t.v.'s or can't read a newspaper. There are so many imposter's out there in the world.
Take care.

He's not. Jesus won't just pop up one day and say "Hi! I'm Jesus" The Bible tells us that he will return the way he left (he ascended on a cloud) Every knee will bow.

If you're referring to the guy in Miami , something de Jesus, he claimed he was Paul a few years back, then Jesus, now the Anti-Christ. He is a wacko. His actions are contrary to the Bible, so that makes it evident that he isn't Jesus.

If you mean the news reporters who so-called found the remains of Jesus' body (among others) and said that he had a son and are going to make a money making movie out of it - it's all lies and deception. The real Jesus Christ was risen from the dead - including his remains - to Heaven. Many Christians are outraged.

IT IS NOT TRUE!!! Did you also hear about his background. People have to be insane to believe him. What a scam, and he knows it.

Jesus told us exactly how we can expect to see him return at the 2nd coming, this guy surely does not fit the description, not even a little close.

He works for Satan!

yeah, well Scriptures tell of these over and over again - to expect them; obviously its not true because there are prophecies that must be fulfilled first. Don't go chasing after the first "jesus" that shows up; Even if he comes performing miracles - remember that the Antichrist comes first, pretending to be Christ.
Don't be deceived. This is going to happen alot, and we're just getting started friend........

I usually change the channel when that kind of news comes up, so you won't find out much from me on that subject. The bible says that many shall come yo you in my name saying I am Christ. and shall deceive many.
