I wanna start doing that everyday so i can loose weight

Get off your bum, turn the TV off. Get a couple of small weights and go for a 1 hour walk. Do that every second or third day to start with. Then you can turn the frequency up to every day or two. Make it brisk, up hill and down hill, and swing your arms, that will help with your aerobic fitness. I promise in about 2 or 3 weeks you will notice and see the difference. Aerobic exercise is everywhere. It is a brisk walk in the park, a bicycle ride , an invigorating swim ,or a great aerobics class. No fancy equipment or gym membership is required. Remember aerobic exercise is that which is done continuously ( preferably 30 minutes or more) and at an intensity that causes you to work moderately. If you do like the gym or recreation center idea check out the variety they have at a local YMCA, gym,or rec center in your area. There are always great classes and cardio equipment there. But you can exercise without these. You can buy an exercise DVD or a treadmill and workout at home. If you do find a gym or such I ,as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, recommend a Spin class. It's a great workout.

Almost anything can be an aerobic exercise that is moving and getting your blood pumping. What do you enjoy (answering this question will help you find an answer that helps you stick to a exercise because it wont seem like a chore as much)?

Do you enjoy swimming? Walking? Biking? Running/jogging? A sport? Skating? Cleaning? Dancing?

If you really want, you can try plain aerobics that get your legs and arms waving around
