My legs and thighs are REALLY thin. This bothers me for a few reasons: I can't find any pants or jeans that fit me well, they look a bit awkard and too thin, and I also just want them to be stronger and more in shape. What are some excersises that will make them more muscular? Will more muscle make them bigger?

oh and also I do eat lots of fats and sweets (yes i am guilty of an unhealthy diet) BUT this doesnt do anything but make me feel full all the time... I havent gained a pound....

Squats and lunges with weights, just work up gradually because the lunges will really make your legs hurt when you first begin.

Squats, stiff leg deadlifts, deadlifts, lunges, leg presses, leg extensions. Pretty much in order those work out the legs the best for bulking and shaping. You have to perfect good form, going the full movement, in order to really benifit from the exercises.

I don't recommend doing all these exercises at once, but two or three in one workout at the most. Do 6-10 reps, 2-3 sets each, and have a spotter as necessary. In fact, if you have limited experience with these, I suggest finding someone who has been working out a while to show you the correct form. If possible, get a personal trainer.

You won't gain much at all with a bad diet. A good quality adequate diet is key to building lean muscle. It's hard to change a diet but I can't emphasize enough how important it is in an exercise routine and living a healthly lifestyle. Eating smaller meals more often throughout the day is best. Make sure you're getting plenty of protein. You do need fats and carbs, but good fats and carbs. The bad stuff will only work against you.

More muscle won't do a thing for your looks until you gain some weight. Drink protein drinks, chocolate milk shakes and eat sweets and lots of bread and butter. After you have gained some weight, then start working out

you should get up and walk every morning, like running. they're good exercises to get your legs and thighs bigger
