Crunches. Lay down on your back, bend your knees, cross your arms over your chest, pull your torso up but keep your lower back and butt on the floor, slowly let yourself down but don't touch the ground, bring yourself back up, repeat. Do as many as you want, something is more than nothing :)

Run. It tones tones your abs, calves butt all at the same time. I run about 7 miles every day, and I have a sixpack.
