I have a great recipe for these little non-fat muffins, and it calls for Hershey Cinnamon Baking Chips. Would love to know if any stores still stock them.

I don't know if this suggestion is of any help or not, but why not look for cinnamon extract and add semi sweet chocolate chips to the muffins instead, cinnamon and chocolate is an excellent combination!

This person, although isn't from the Bay Area, is looking for cinnamon chips. I think that they might have some of the stores in his replies might also be in San Jose. (Like Big Lots) These are some of his responses.
