That's the translation but I disagree its meaning :
"I bless you in the name of our great God Satan. Heil Satan, heil o Lord of the hell".
The sentence you've posted seems to be mispelled; it should be 'Vos benedico' or 'Benedico vos'.
If instead of 'vos benedictio' (that means nothing) is
'Vos benedictionem in nomine..' then the sentence in English is
'To you the blessing in the name of....."
