like the "... for dummies" titles?
if so then the translation would be
راهنمای ايران برای احمقان
It is read "raahnamaa-ye Iraan baraay-e ahmaghaan"
It wouldn't have as much humor to it as it would in English. The use of the word idiot wouldn't sound nice in Farsi!

I think if we put a ", this is" after Idiots, we can translate it to:
"idiots, this is guide to Iran" ===> "ahmagha, man rahnemaye iraniham"...LOL

But as Ms. samantha said, that phrase isn't nice in Persian!... maybe in some other cultures, it wouldn't be so bad tasted even it can be a usual way of speaking.
