Crunches. Lay down on your back, bend your knees, cross your arms over your chest, pull your torso up but keep your lower back and butt on the floor, slowly let yourself down but don't touch the ground, bring yourself back up, repeat. Do as many as you want, something is more than nothing :)

Do more ab crunches. If ur not fat it'll make that extra skin on ur belly into muscle and u'll get a six pack-just remember some guys don't like a girl with muscles bigger than theirs:)

Sit ups are the best way to give your tummy muscles a work out and standing with your arms out strected to the side and swinging your arms around your body like a corkscrew type of montion will also help

try eating a lighter type of foods like fish, fruits, veggies, chicken and drink a lot of water each day. when you walk during each day, tighten (contract) your abdominal muscles and hold them tight as you walk. keep them tight all day off and on like this and you will notice and see a change in strength, stamina and endurance... you'll even see some inches go away if you keep it up, good luck.
