Eat slower, chew well, try not to swallow air. If you end up with gas and bloating anyway, then I suggest you purchase some Acidopholus capsules at the health food store and take 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. for 30 days.
Your gas and bloating will be gone.
Good health.

Use beano in foods when cooking, try to stay away form dairy products, they cause a lot of gas, and cabbage and stuff like that will cause gas, they have a thin melt now that helps keep gas under control.. use lactaid if you find out that you can`t tolerate dairy products.

After having my son, the gas from broccoli made me feel really sick, but when I chew it very thoroughly I feel OK.
