1. Hit the playback button - the one with the triangle on it that makes the pictures you have taken display on the camera monitor.
2. Press the menu button while in the playback mode.
3. Scroll down until you find "copy."
4. Scroll down to the first pair of icons, which show a picture of the camera's internal memory on the left and a memory card on the right.
5. Press the multiselector to the right to indicate "OK."
6. Choose either "All images" or "selected images."

If you choose "all images," you will be prompted, "All images will be copied. OK?" Select "Yes," and press your multiselector in the center to say "OK."

If you choose "selected images," you will be taken through your imagea one by one and asked if you want to copy each image or not. Just follow the directions per picture and then, when you have seen them all, just select "Yes" and confirm with "OK" as above. Since you can use a memory card that is much bigger than any camera's internal memory, I would suggest just using the "Copy all" feature. It is easier to copy them all and delete the ones you don't want on the memory card.

If you do not have room on the memory card, you will receive an error message reading, "Images can not be saved," and you will have to delete some files from your card and try again or just copy some selected files.

You can copy images back and forth this way with good results if all images were made on the same camera. If you try to mix cards and cameras, it might not work. If you ttry to copy an image that has been editted on your computer back to the internal memory, it probably will not display properly on your camera monitor.
