no way, you will only do more damage and cripple yourself.

You have a broken bone...a fracture is a break, so don't try to use it before it is healed. It will take about ten weeks or so from the time that you did it, before it quits hurting.. That does not mean that it is all ok. Use an ace wrap bandage to support, in a figure eight around your foot and ankle. If you force anything, it will be very painful, and may cause more damage. Take in a lot of calcium and C and D, to rebuild the break. Been there, done that. Best wishes

Hot water and Epsom Salts soak....at least 20 minutes....then a foot massage, sparingly. Other than that, fractures dont go away so quickly so just stay off your feet for that two days as much as possible. You will have to make a lot of sacrifices since walking around for yourself is essential.

I really doubt it will fell very much better in two days, but it could feel much worse in three, it you bully it a bit. CAUTION is a good thing, remember, a stress fracture is a BROKEN BONE!

Wrap it snugly but not too tight.... and take pain relievers. You really shouldn't be on it. Thats why they call it stress fracture.
