First check she is producing milk by gently squeezing one of her nipples - a small amount of milk should come out.
You will know the pups are getting milk / enough milk if they are content, pups once they have fed should be quiet and settle into a sleep. They should have swollen bellies after feeding only.
They will gain weight.
If you suspect there is a problem take her and her pups to a vet.

Weigh the puppies every day (perhaps even twice in the beginning). They should lose a little of their birth weight but should start picking it back up in a couple days. You do the skin test to see if they are dehydrated (pick up a little skin and it should go straight back down when let go). Also they should be warm and move a lot in their sleep (wiggle legs, ears, face ect). They should be feeding frequently. Any puppy that cries a lot or seems to get frustrated when feeding may not be getting enough (you may have to move them to a different nipple). Check their suckle reflex (put your little finger in their mouth and check how hard they suckle, it should be considerable).

Please let mom feed them in the beginning. Don't panic and try to supplement. Doing so can upset her milk production and you'll be supplementing them the rest of the time.
