Your BMI is 21. 19 to 24 is normal so you have to be above 24 to be officially overweight. But 19 (110 pounds) is normal and it sounds like you want to be thinner.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

You can force your body to lose weight with not enough calories, but if you continue it, you will starve to death. With an abundance of super healthy foods, you lose weight just as fast, but only until you reach your ideal weight. You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.

Well according to the site I referred to, you aren't. However, every person is their own individual, and your body type may make you look thinner/fatter than the next person with the same stats. You should be fine though, just keep with eating well and simple exercise like on this website www.toneteen.com which I find have great, simple, exercise and food suggestions.

I wish I weighed that for the height you indicated. No! You are not fat. I'd say your skinny. You are just right! Its those 87lb anorexic models who are the ones who are messed up. Don't try to look like Barbie, you'd end up with some gay Ken dude.

Hello
By reading your height and weight my first thought is no it sounds normal weight to me. When you look at yourself in a mirror do you look overweight? or do you just feel overweight? What does your parents think?

You are beautiful no matter what anyone else thinks, look in the mirror and ask yourself that question. The only person you need to impress is yourself!

But to answer your question in a non-oversensitive loser way, no you are fine!

for a 14 y.o. that's a little more than you should weight. I was 5'8 and 130 when i was your age and I know I was chubby but NOT FAT, so dont get depressed, enjoy your youth and the lack of responsabilities and exercise more!!! you can do it girl!!
