i bought a digital frame and it only plays avi, so i wanted to change these 3gp (quicktime) files that i have from my phone.

Download SUPER file converter from www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html then install it. After doing so, drag your 3GP file to the program then choose your option of output, wait for a few seconds and you're good to go.
