Biology, anatomy, chemistry, physics, psychology, high levels of math are all good high school courses.

You will also want to become an active volunteer at a hospital or other health care related center. Nearly all RN programs require as much as 500 hours of volunteering and it's good to have a head start on it.

Good luck! We need good nurses.

Think Science and Math. These will be helpful. Future Nurses Club or anything that interacts with others helping to solve problems. You will be dealing with a great many different personalities as a nurse, and most people will be under a great deal of stress and pain. Psychology would be good also.
