I just bought proactiv and wondering how good it works? Is it really worth the cost? And does it help with acne scars as well?

it depends on individual. i have friends claiming that proactiv works wonder but some just said it doesnt show any results. for me, it did alleviate my face problem but it dries up my skin as well.... and for acne scars, i'm not sure cause i dont know what kinda scars you're talking about. some acne scars(those pigmentation) will heal by itself. but some scarring (mostly resulting from picking your zits) are somehow permanent. I've heard from some that Murad is good too. so if somehow proactiv doesnt work for you, you can try Murad or maybe just go to the skin doctor.

Well, my mom got me Proactiv when I started going through puberty. Well, at first she bought me store-bought skin care things, but it didn't do much. My forehead just kept getting bumpier and worse. But when she got me Proactiv, I immediately noticed the cleanliness. I didn't use it much but now I use it every day. I had a zit on Sunday and I used Proactiv Sunday night & Monday and now its gone!! My forehead is awesome and so smooth. When I got my kit which was $40, it came with lightening cream. So if you do have scars, it does excellent in lightening them to nothing. I have tan skin so my scars were visible really well and now they're not! Now I can stop hiding under my bangs!! Get Proactiv, it does what it says it can do.

dnt use it anymore because if u stop using it for any reason u break out immediately since its expensive u might stop using it and then ur screwed and also it makes ur skin dry. Another important things is when acne dosen't come out on your face it starts to pop up in another places like ur back and arms so find something that will clear ur acne away

depends on your age. i tried proactive for five years, and i still ended up breaking out and not having nice skin. i ended up trying Murad, this is a good product which really hepled and is very healthy for the skin. but that later on did not help me. a skin doctor then was what helped me. pills & drugs 4 me!

It works great for me, but it is expensive and if you stop using it your skin will go back to the way it was. It also dries your skin. I only use it once a day and I use a different moisturizer and my skin is doing fine.

well im not sure, but i heard that it has harmful chemicals in it. but i was with a lady who was trying to sell me treatment... so it might be a lie. you know how that works...

it take awhile for the pimples to go away.like a month.then it will go away.
