For instance if you couldnt work the nerve up to ask her out or if she just didnt want you? Or if she acts like she dosent want you but you know she does? Would you move on or keep tryin and how long?

I know you're probably wanting a guy's opinion, but I have to take a swing at the ball. If a man loved me he'd better tell me. Even if she doesn't share your exact feelings, it's great to know that you are loved. And maybe her feelings will grow with time. Regarding your sentence: if she acts like she doesn't want you but you knwo she does", think about that. There's no way you can know if you don't ask her. Yes means yes, and no means no. But don't live in limbo.

If I was waiting to work up the nerve, I'd stop waiting and just do it. If she didn't want me I'd accept it and move on.
