Probably nothing, but may be mild tourette's or the really early stages of multiple sclerosis.

That is a good question...I have occasional twitches or spasms on my scalp, and more frequently in my left pointer finger. Most doctors will tell you it is just stress. If it is really bothersome or frequent, I would get checked out and make sure that you are not having seizures, which would mean you may be epileptic. I had a seizure after a car accident, but it is the only one I have ever had, and the doctors said it was probably the result of trauma. Good luck to you!

If I were you I would go to a doctor and explain your symptoms and ask if he/she thinks an MRI could help reveal the cause of the problem. My dad has multiple sclerosis and that was one of many symptoms he had in the early stages.
