Okay WITHOUT using an online translator, My understanding of this message in MY OWN words, is as follows:

What cellular number? I am curious.

D**** already knows that you are annoyed that every time you call, it will not connect, but doesn't know how to solve the problem.

Be patient. Do not get angry. The E-mail has already been forwarded to her so hopefully this will solve the problem.

Well, how well did I do? Can you correct me if I'm wrong? Thanks.

Very good, witheld!
You understood the first part perfectly.

The last part has some differences:
Be patient. Do not get angry. I hope I will soon receive her email addressed to you and the problem will be solved.

(She will forward the email from D. to you).

Good luck!

for "you are annoyed that every time you call it will not connect"

I would put

que te enojas de que no entre la llamada (it really means you get mad but molesto means annoying)

also i would put, for "the email has already been forwarded...

"El email ya ha sido dirigido a ella por eso con optimismo así se solucione el problema(el impase, whatever)"

well I don't know, you had a really good translation (kudos for not using those online translators they just F everything up). I tend to not always be exact-matching in my translations but.. er..

good job :)

oh sorry ps. this seems like it's a communication between a company rep (tech support?) and a customer or something so could you use Usted instead of tú?

¿Qué número de celular era? Quiero saber (it gives the idea that she/he is curious)
D*** ya sabe que estás molesto porque cada vez que llamas no entra la llamada pero ella no sabe qué hacer para solucionar el inconveniente/ problema or just solucionarlo (as you wrote)
Ten paciencia, no te enojes. Ya se le ha reenviado el e-mail así que con suerte se solucionará (el problema)

Pretty well! I've just made some corrections but it's ok.
Good luck!
