i have heard that oatmeal masks are great for all skin types, but i have no idea how to make one. do you actually use cooked oatmeal or just raw oats? does anyone have a recepie?

Use cooled-down cooked oatmeal made without added salt and use milk instead of water to cook it. Apply to face as a mask, let dry, rinse. The milk is important.

I'd buy an oatmeal mask, the home made recipes are messy and sticky!

raw oats and warm water. Helps mostly with oily skin.
