For the record, you ask some of the goofiest questions. One of which was something like, "I want to surprise my husband with something sweet and romantic....." So are you a chick posing to be a guy to get laughs or are you gay?
Anyhow, if you are really hurt, just put ice on the area and wait a few days to see if the hurting goes away. If they still hurt after 4 days, go to the doctor. If they swell or get red or hot to the touch, go to the ER. (And throw the fork away, please.)

you might be in big trouble now.Are they bleeding or infected?you should scratch tender places like that with a rough dampened facecloth...why are you itchy there..crabs..jock itch..need a shower ..got a rash ? keep clean and dry and you shouldnt have to result to culinary tools to scratch with
