I advise you not to lift weights. I do ,however, advise you to workout. I reccomend all calisthenics. Believe me, they work. Try these exercises. Pushups and its many variations such as tricep,dive-bomber,wide,feet elevated, fingertips, knuckles, clapping, and others.Handstand pushups off floor and eventually in between chairs.Pullups and their many variations, such as pull-ups palms out,chin-ups palms in,wide, narrow,hand-over-hand and pull to each shoulder, with two or three fingers, and so on. Hanging leg raises, dragon flags,flutter-kicks,leg raises, isometric ab squeezes, also ttry to get an ab-wheel.One-legged squats, body sqauts, limbo lunges,one-legged calf raises, box jumps, hill running, sled dragging, jump roping, running. Swimming is a great full body workout. The only missing component is the lower back. This you will either need a back extension chair or do some shoveling or snad bag lifting, and throwing. To strengthen neck hang your head over the edge of your bed or something and resist your own hand to your own intensity in every direction. Sorry i have to go. Good luck.

if that's true, then i would be 14 and 3 feet tall. lifting weights will not do anything to harm your growing, but make sure you are eating right so that you get enough nutrition! otherwise, the working out will have little effect

the growth of a person is dictated by his genes, it may be affected by your physical condition and nutritional intake of your body, but by simply lifting weights would not cause you to stop growing, especially if both of your parents are tall then theres a big chance for you to grow at their heights.
