I am a 54 year old female, 5'4". How many calories daily can I consume for a healthy weight loss program?

Check out lean cuisines their meals contain 180 to 380 per meal.. You can have like five a day and then some

Check your body fat percentage with the link below.

Then use the katch mcardle formula to determine how many calories you need in order to keep weight (based on fat percentage and degree of activity)

Finally, eat only 80-85% of what you need, spread over the day in 5-6 small meals.
