This is something you should really think about how you will learn the most from. You have done something wrong and you need to learn to not do this again, jail i am sure is no picnic, even if it is for 45 day's. You need to take into consideration how this will affect your loved ones, your job, your future and if in those 45 day's if you will be able to really learn that what you did was wrong. None of us are angels, we all make mistakes! Or you can stay on probation keep working and making money in those 45 day's not have to say you went to jail, and pay the fines and go to the classes and maybe try to look at the classes in a different attitude, try to think of them in a helpful healthy attitude. Try to be more positive, No decision is easy and we make mistakes and get in trouble for it and we must deal with the consequences. i know it sounds easier said than done, but i have made my own mistakes and i have dealt with everyone of them and admitted i was wrong, and I have learned to accept i made a mistake and need to change my way's, I am no angel and I hold no grudges or think badly of anyone, I just think there is a lesson to be learned and that is what you need to try to do. Good Luck on your choice!

don't ask us, you are the one going to jail or get probation and pay the fine.
looks like you got yourself into some pretty good trouble. now you pay the price.
should have thought of that when you were doing what you were doing

It depends if you serve your jail time will it be a misdemeanor or a felony? If it not a felony then serve the 45 days instead of paying for something you do not feel will help anyways.

What are you going to jail for? What classes are they asking you to pay for?

Why would anyone want to go to jail?
I think that you should stay on probation.
At least you get to talk to people, and much more.
You will not have to be seated in a room, with nothing else.
You will be able to have fun, and not be confined!!
