How can anyone on this site claim to know what God thinks? I keep reading "God doesn't think this" or "God believes that". Of course you'll claim it's 'cause the Bible tells you so, but don't you think such a mind-blowingly powerful creator possesses a mind so complex and dynamic that you can't even begin to understand or keep track of what God thinks or believes?

No. When I accepted Jesus the holy Spirit entered me and now I can freely communicate with GOD.

Hey, you are absolutely right.
What we have is how God presents Himself to us in his Word; also, Christ being a great teacher uses a method by which we can relate.
For example, alot of people say the Bible is full of perversion and shouldn't be viewed by kids;
but God uses examples like Adultery to give an analogy of how He feels about idolatry, because we can relate to the hurt we would feel if our mate was to go whoring around after others. This just being an example, God goes to great lengths to help us understand His mind, feelings about specific things, etc.
Frankly, its alot of great information, but yes, a human being cannot possibly understand or keep up with the mind of God.
But just as a child doesn't have to be on the same ability level with their dad in order for dad to love him, its the same with us in relation to God, our Father. We are able to establish that close relationship without super mind abilities..
(which is good, 'cuz my mind is about shot).

Man will never fully understand God in this life. His ways are so much better than ours. However, God does reveal much of His personality to those who seek Him and it is quite possible to learn some of the heart and thoughts of God.

Sweetie, because the Bible is the Word of God. And He talks to His sons and daughters through the Bible. And everything that god likes or dislikes is in the Bible.

People who read the Bible usually say that God says something instead of what God thinks or believes.

When we get saved, the Holy Spirit abides in us; thats how we come to know the mind of Christ.....

God inspired the Bible, so we must go by what is in the Bible to have any such inkling of what God says.

No, I disagree. We can know the mind of God because we have His Word, but there are many things about God that we don't know. Those things we don't know we keep silent about. I have said many times that only God knows.

Well most of us read the Bible .It tells us all about God
When you ask Jesus into your heart,then God is your Father.
God gives us the Holy Ghost who teaches us all about our savior and our God.<><
