Well, it depends on what you believe to be true history. First of all, everyone knows that the characters and the plot to the book, and subsequent movie, are fiction. There is no Robert Langdon, Sophie Nevue, or Sr Lea Teabing.
First of all there is much mystery unknown about the Priory of Sion. Whether that was the actual name or not is one mystery, as well as "their" purpose. There are many historical accounts of "societies" linked to sion. Any connection or validity is still in question. There are many gaps in the documents and written histories of these orders. It is likely that these gaps, or documents were either destroyed, or are contained within or under the Vatican.
Now, if you remember the part of the book at Sir Lee's home in France. That is fact. Their talk of how christianity came to be is on the mark. Constantine was losing his empire, and saw that the teachings of the christ followers proved to be a better means of controlling his people over the more widely accepted pagan beliefs. Even after Constantine sanctioned christianity, he remained a pagan, and was baptised on his death bed. Any christian who denies this fact is either lying, or ignorant of history.
Now, concerning jesus, there are two areas discussed. One would be the divinity of christ. The second would be whether or not christ had a bloodline. For some reason, the two are linked, and I don't know why. But, many seem to think one effects the other, when I think it should not. Now, I am an atheist, but let's suppose that christ is truly divine. He is the son of god, here to do what he was destined to do. He dies, is resurrected, and ascends to heaven, and so on and so forth. Would the fact he was married, maybe had a child, take away from his divinity? I don't think it would. But, it would mean he engaged in sexual intercourse at least once. Even today, among the very fundamentalist christians, sex carried a taboo, even between married people. It would also call into the question the celibacy requirement for catholic priests. Also, had jesus spoken to Mary that she was the rock her church was to be based upon, it would tear down the centuries of men controlling the church, knowledge, and most importantly power and money.
Then, there is always the question of christ's divinity. There are many writings of his time that portrayed him as a prophet, but not the son of god. While he was very powerful, and knowledgable, he was a man none the less. I can't really comment on this, as I am an atheist, so i obviously carry a certain bias in this area of debate.

No. The author lied about his supposed sources; they really don't exist. And I understand genetic tests have shown His descendent couldn't have married into the royal line.
