Our eyes can become puffy when we wake up after having been asleep. This "post-sleep" eye puffiness can be due to a number of factors including drinking alcohol before going to bed, moving around a lot while asleep or too much salt in our diets which causes the body to retain water, therefore causing swelling in the tissue surrounding the eyes. You can get rid of puffy eyes by drinking lots of water, this will help you to flush out toxins from your bod. Effectively getting rid of puffy eyes very much depends on what is causing the puffiness. Once cause is identified the solution is much easier to find but you can also apply a treatment to get rid of it. I suggested to use Nulexin, it is formulated to help reduce the appearance of serious dark circles and chronic puffiness surrounding the orbital eye area.

it going to be difficult, because the reason you have puffy eyes are your sinus. as long as you have that problem, you will from time to time suffer with puffy eyes. i'm sure they come and go unless your sinus are real bad. if that the case you will need an operation to remove those bags.
