I'm curious; how do you feel you did on the written part? Were you required to understand law and the officer's place in the scheme of its execution? Did you have to know any specific code? Were you trained to be courteous to citizens, or were you given the impression your job is to control them?
Really curious... I meet a lot of cops who don't seem to have gotten such great training in civics.
The physical? Get some rest go in with a positive attitude and ace it, if your in shape...

eat dinner no later than about 6pm, eat low fat but high carbs, like a nice light pasta dish. the carbs will make sure you have plenty of energy and eating it earlier will mean it will digest properly. make sure you dont skip brekafast, maybe wholegrain toast with a healthy spread on it to boost your energy levels in the morning. stay away from fatty foods like eggs and bacon, as they fat will not digest before your physical. drink plenty of water the night before and in the morning, but not too much fluid intake right before the physical as it will be sitting in your stomache as you run.
all the best
