Have you ever discussed Isaiah 7:14? I mean so many Hebrew names had something to do with God. Why do Christians think it is impossible that it really was talking about a guy named Emmanuel?

Umm.. no I have not discussed that... as I am an atheist and have no reason to. But I will make and attempt to discuss it now.
From what I understand after a quick google, the passage goes as follows:
"Therefore the Lord himself will give you [all] a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and [they] will call him Immanuel."
With "Immanuel" meaning "God with us."
There problem solved. "Immanuel" is a figurative name regarding this virgin birthed son.
What I WOULD like to discuss however, is the fact that Christians are so awed by the event this passage indicates- the birth of a God to a virgin- when in fact this has been done before in many other religions BEFORE Christianity. For example the following were born to virgins:
Alcides,
Cappadocia,
Krishna,
Zunis,
Quexalcote,
Bacchus,
Hercules,
Yu,
Mithra,
Hesus.
