why? im shure its none of my buesness but dog fighting is both cruel and illegal!
but bull dogs are fighting dogs but not quite as popular as pitt bulls and rotwiler that were bred to fight

Its only a fighting dog if you make it a fighting dog.
American bulldogs are a working dog and were probably originally bred for catching large game like bulls and bears and such.

I don't know about all bull dogs, but on the Dog Whisperer, he said bulldogs will fight to the end, so when disciplining them, another approach has to be used. Just thought you might want to know this ?

bull dogs are very good loyal dogs My uncle had one for 11 years not a fighting dog. They are more of a friend than a fighter

They can have aggression issues. But they are not typically a fighting dog. You may hear of them being used. But anything with "BULL" in it is considered a Bully Breed.
Research the Bully Breeds and you'll see what I'm talking about. The breeding of them hasn't been like that of pits, etc.
They are great dogs, but you have to understand their temperment.

okay bulldogs and rottriolers (those kinda dogs) are never fighting dogs. They ojnly are if u train them to be. And if you are asking this ? to see if u can make him fight plz dont!!!!!!!! that is so mean doin that to dogs. So dont make them fight and they only are if u train them to be

why would you want to know if it was a fighting dog? maybe it is, but you know that its highly illegal to fight them and if you are interested, if you are caught the law will fry your tail dude. Serious crime, atleast around where i live. but to answer your question truthfully yes it is a fighting breed.
