Wash them and your tennis shoes. You may have feet that sweat a lot more than normal and it's important to really keep your feet clean. That means brushing the toenails with a nail brush also.
Keep your nails clipped because bacteria can grow under the ends if they get long.
Make sure you change your socks frequently also and wear white socks. The dyes in colored socks can sometimes cause a reaction to produce foot odors.
But most importantly wear leather shoes, not plastic or man-made materials and make sure you don't have a fungus like athletes foot of nail fungus. If so, get it treated.

Wear shoes that have leather insoles. Sneakers are bad because the cloth insole simply absorbes the sweat and leaves your shoes smelling rotten. Also use a talc powder like maybe gold bond to help deodorize.

my feet REEK sometimes too, i dunno why, i try to be so clean. but what helps is scrubbing or sanding off dead skin cells. you can scrub the pads of your feet with a pumice stone or something, then try talc or a light lotion. from experience this keeps the smell away and if i do this regularly, i can wear socks and shoes all day, then when i take them off, there's no smell. and hey, my feet are now WICKED soft which is nice, too.

Well don't go to sleep until after you shower... put new insoles in your shoes and get some of that powder or spray for the insides of your shoes.
