I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Diet AND Exercise. To lose that much weight in that short of time is not healthy though. Half that weight in that amount of time would be a more reasonable goal. To lose one pound you need to burn 3500 calories. You can do this by two ways. 1) Reduce your daily caloric intake, eat less. 2) Exercise more, 1 hour of strenuos exercise translates to about 1000 calories. A combination of the two is the best way. Reduce your caloric intake each day by 500 calories and increase your daily exercise to one hour a day, this translates to 1500 calories per day, 10,500 calories per week, or about 3 pounds. Also, another trick is to try and get 0 calories from fluid intake each week. Personally I like coke zero, it seems to work for me, and tastes better than water. Good Luck! BTW, I am not a Doctor, nor do I play one on TV. These are just things I have picked up along the way.

At any such low weight you want to be joggin/operating for earnings. walking received't fairly do a lot for weightloss because you're purely 138 pounds. walking for workout is in many situations finished by human beings like me who've over 50 pounds to lose because operating is merely too difficult on our joints at a heavy weight. try walking those 3 miles somewhat. keep the 4-5 day per week time table going. Dont devour sugary ingredients or fried ingredients if conceivable yet deal with your self from time to time. stay faraway from a lot of pasta, bread, and different doughy ingredients. devour it reasonably and purely healthful carbs. Lean meats, vegetables, an fruit is what you would possibly want to devour. sturdy luck!

That is way too much weight to lose in two and a half weeks. You didn't gain it that quick and you won't lose it that quick. If you were to lose that much it would only be water weight loss and would come right back as soon as you resume a normal diet, however it you eat more protein and fruit and low carbs you will lose quicker but don't stay on a diet like that more than 2 weeks. I was in the weight loss business for a number of years.

Okay, this is what has worked for me, real simple..
Chew Sugarless Gum between your three "portion controlled meals" with a fruit somewhere in the mix.
Drink lots of water.
Last but not least, do Cardio workouts. (What I do is dance to salsa, caribean, hip hop, whatever, something that would make me move and stay hype for like...........30 mins w/ my Ipod or something.) Find what makes you move and gets you excited.. make believe you are the star amongst millions!!!
Do this each day and watch the weight MELT off..
The trick also though is keeping it..if you eat what you love, but in small portions and you do that cardio I talked about AND chew on the sugarless gum (ORBIT Citrus is The Bomb!), you should be able to keep it off....
Just remember to invest in sugarless gum, trust me, it will be worth it!

You can't do that unless you starve yourself. And to starve yourself and risk your health is not worth it.
However, if you've never done a body cleanse, you'll lose anywhere from 5-15 pounds in a week, depending on your eating habits. Check out 7 day detox at Wal-Mart.

Replacing whatever you are drinking with WATER, but include at least 2 cups of milk a day, to get adequate vitamin D. Exercise BEFORE you eat, then eat a good healthy meal rich in protein and low in fat.

Step 1) Get your fat *** off the computer.
Step 2) Stop eating twinkies.
Step 3) Do something active you enjoy doing....here's the tricky part...for more than 15 minutes every 2 weeks.
Step 4) Reap the benefits of hard work and look your best in that prom dress!

You can't - and be in good health anyway. A weight loss that extreme would be dangerous.
