I'm not sure what you are referring to as flat worms.
There are flat worms that affect marine animals but as far as a human, I don't know.
A tape worm is flat and can infect humans and those have to be treated with medication from a doctor.

Human parasites?
If so,,and if they are tiny & white,,they are pinworms & you can get meds for that at the drugstore for 10$.
