growing hair?

is there any way of making my hair grow any faster? my hair grows very very slowly and i want it long. it took 2 years to grow 7cm... this is slow right?

the hair on average grows 1/2 inch per month. some times it seems to grow slower because of the damage you do to it. it's still growing but it will break off faster than it can grow, so it seems to grow slower. color, perms and daily styling can damage your hair, if you use a flat iron or blowdryer too much it will make your hair fragile. make sure you are using a good shampoo and conditioner, don't brush it while it's wet it can break easier use a wide tooth comb. don't sleep with it wet. all these things can help to care for your hair better.
