Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, in that order. It may be difficult to find salicylic acid in pad form, but Wal Mart sells a product named Dermarrest in a medium sized white tube with a red top in cream form that is 2% salicylic acid for around six or seven dollars, it rubs in well so no one can tell you have medication on; it works well and quickly, too.

Witchhazel clensing pads work really well for me, but the only downside is that it dries out my skin. Same for any other somewhat strong acne medication.

If its still a problem after trying this, go to the doctor and they can prescribe some medication that works better (Retin-A is what I got years ago).
