1. Possibly. usually doing exercise staves off your hunger. This is not permanent though and you will be hungry later on.
2. yes. just because you have nice legs and a pert butt, does not mean your blood pressure isnt high, your cholesterol isnt clogging your veins, your heart isnt ticking as well as it should. What about if you drink alcohol like a fish, but exercise? that will not undo the effects the alcohol has on your liver.
3. A high risk of what? Gaining weight? Having a heart attack? It is recommended you eat 1200 calories a day for weight loss, so I would say anything over 2000 calories is on the way to poor health.
4. You will need to exercise for as long as it takes to burn off every single calorie in that high fat/sugar meal. That may be 3 hours work in one day, which is unachieveable for a lot of people.
5. Not sure about this. To burn fat, you want your heart rate to be at 60 - 70% of your maximum heart rate (220 - your age). This is when you start to burn fat.
6. No, it shouldn't but you are sorta undoing the benefits of eating a healthy meal by following it with an unhealthy meal (excess intake of fat, sugar, calories, carbs, etc). Any minerals and vitamins you eat with the healthy meal will remain in your body, it shouldn't matter what you eat next.

There are no proven answers to these questions.
1. It depends on what you eat. I eat before workouts all the time and im not hungry after I workout. I workout 1-2 hours per day 5 days a week and I hardly ever eat right after. I may drink a supplement or protein drink. Here is the trick question you will get hungry but what time frame are you talking about? You have to eat sooner or later
2. You can be in good physical health and still be unhealthy. Diabetes, heart disease and many other illnesses that can make you unhealthy.
3. High risk for what? cant answer this one.
4. Another trick question. How much fat and sugar did you eat? And how many days did you eat it for? If you eat a truck load everyday you will die. If you eat a 20 lbs everyday you will gain weight. You have to be more specific. If you eat less calories than you burn you will lose weight.
5. You cant get extra muscles. You can make your muscles bigger.
6 Again how much did you eat? And what do you eat? You can eat a little junkie and a lot of healthy meals with a lot of proteins and it wont make them neutral. I dint think its possible to neutralize proteins to be honest.

1. It varies from individual to individual. Some who eat very often get hungry often. People who have been able to eat 5 hours apart (due to work) have gotten used to it, resulting in suppressing their appetite.
2. Yes. A person who is physically fit can have high cholesterol or blood pressure among other things. Many bodybuilders eat red meat b/c they are high in calories but consequently high in cholesterol too. So even though they are jacked and ripped doesn't mean that they have a healthy cholesterol level.
3. At high risk...I don't know about that. To maintain your current weight..the formula is, bodyweight in lbs X (13,14, or 15) = range of daily caloric intake to maintain the same weight. Eating over that will make you gain weight. That weight will be mostly fat if you aren't exercising regularly. It's not so much calories that can put your health at risk...the kinds of foods are the things you should be paying close attention to.
4. It that meal is in moderation...you don't have anything to worry about. Large amount of body fat will not accumulate from just that meal (again if you don't eat it everyday), so you won't notice a difference. Of course exercising, especially cardio, will do the 'trick' since it burns calories.
5. The most accurate way to tell if you are burning fat is to use a caliper to measure, usually done by professionals. If your jeans are looser, you are burning fat. You CAN'T turn fat into muscle. Fat (adipose tissue) and muscle are 2 different tissues, one cannot turn into another. But...you can burn fat...and build muscle. Do you understand what I mean by that?
6. Not necessarily. Those nutrients, minerals, and vitamins from the previous 'healthy' meal will be absorbed by your body.
To make things easier...eat fatty foods in moderation. Either that or stay on a healthy diet 24/7 to stop confusing yourself with these questions lol

1. yes, you will pretty much always get hungry again no matter what you do. i don't know how soon you will get hungry but you will get hungry again whether you exercise or not. it's the human way.
2. you can be extremely unhealthy if you are in shape. you might have a bad imbalance, stroke or heart attack, diabetes or even alzheimers even if you are in great shape.
3. can't tell if you mean how FEW or how MANY put you at risk and what exactly you mean by high risk an whether you mean short or long term.
4. yes, you can eat lots of fat and sugar and still be thin if you exercise a lot. weight is based totally on calories in/out.
5. i have no idea. but BMI might be a good indicator..
6. it will not undo anything but it will add 'empty' calories, which usually means you don't eat as much nutritious food. because you're not hungry for it.
