4 the push ups....it would help 2 buy a bench 2 bench weight..this will stregthen your triceps .....u can also just keep trying and you'll get there eventually after a lot of hard work..
for the chin ups.....u can curl weights or u can try running with like 3-5 pound weights :]

Sooo easy. Your body is very adaptable. Start by doing as many as you can.Try your hardest.Then wait two days then repeat. Before you know it you will be doing 40 push ups.If you cannot do one regular push up, start from your knees instead of your feet.When you get the push ups down try the chin ups

You have to be able to run amile in 7-8 minutes.
