This is not bad for you physically as long as your sleep pattern remains unaltered. For many people any form of exercise can keep them awake, and when you don't get enough sleep no part of your body is happy. Most people say not to exercise within two hours of going to bed.

preety much bad to lift weights anytime. Yer body only got so many moves...........Don't waste them lifting weights.
U work all day? Do U stand on yer feet all day? Do U walk 5 mi in yer job? I one tuff old sob. I weigh 135lb. I'm 60 yrs old. I'm Male. Lift all U want.............if U can't do at 60 what U could at 20 U working the wrong program. Now my back broken in 7 places and I could kill U with one blow. Belive it! U can't surpass your potential. You not bad just musclebound and slow. US Navy trained me to kill. I thinking U a wanna be wuss. Muscles don't make a man or a killer or a hero. Get yer head on straight. Deeds make U a man. Reliability makes U a man. Supporting yer babies makes U a man. Yer muscles make U a freak. Bigger they are the harder they fall. More U lift the longer U gotta lift. U wanna be pumping iron in yer 60's? It's all gonna turn into flab if U don't. Gym is not the real world. U sooner or later gonna hafta deal with real world.
