what are some exercises that i can do to strengthen my back? i am 25 years old and i think i will have back problems later on.

You need to strengthen your abdominal muscles in order to avoid straining your back. This will cut down on the discomfort you are feeling with your back. I'm not sure which exercises you can do that will not hurt your back though. I'm sure there are others who know more about the types of abdominal exercises you should do.

My doctor, taught me to lay down on flat surface
1. Bring left leg up to the chest, hold for 5 counts, lower. Do 2 more times.
2. Do the same with the right leg.
3. Then do the same with both legs at the same time
It will keep your back in alignment and keep it strong.

Lay on your back. Draw both knees towards your chest and hold for 5 seconds. Do that 5 times. Then same to each leg individually. I do it everyday helps a bunch.

There is no problem one don't worry. you see when you do sit up about 200 times you feel that your stomach pain. It is the same as your back! =X

theres this excersize machine called hang ups and you hang and it helps your back try it
