Homeowners Insurance is not a maintenance policy. It does not cover wear & tear. Most likely this will not be covered.

If you can prove that the floor collapsed due to an insured peril, yes it will be. Seeing how you said that it is a "collapsing trailer floor", it sounds like that this is occurring over time. Therefore this will not be covered.

It depends on what caused the collapse.

if it's an old trailer floor.... no

If you had a fire under the skirting (for example) that damaged the supports and is causing the floor to collapse... possibly..
As an adjuster.. I would want to know why this wasn't caught on initial inspection of the original damages, and when the original damages occurred.

It doesn't cost anything to call your agent and tell them you think you may have a loss. They report it to the local claims office, they send an adjuster out. It doesn't cost you a thing. The adjuster gets paid regardless.

Most of the time, no. Unless the collapse is a result of, for example, fire damage.

Most of the time, trailer floors (and roofs) collapse because they are old and rusty - it's inherent in the nature of a trailer. That's why they are crappy investments - because they depreciate.

It depends on what caused it to collapse.

If it collapsed because of a covered peril, then yes. If it collapsed because it was old, or in disrepair, then no.
