Don't use antibacterial spray, that'll kill off good cells along with bad ones. Let it scab and leave it alone and it'll heal on it's own time.
But to make sure it heals well you have to nourish your skin in the area, an easy way to do this is with vitamin E. This was recommended to my ex for his palm after he had some hardcore surgery so that the scars would fade and it would heal well. The results are good, instead of a dark red scar it's lighter and more faded, compared to a part of scar from the same surgery he didn't use vitamin E on. Don't get fast drying vitamin E though as it has alcohol to evaporate it and can irritate the skin. It should glisten on the skin a bit. Also eat more fruits and veggies, which are full of vitamins.
Lastly just use some concealer or somesuch makeup on your wound come prom if it's still red or scabbed. Use a qtip or cotton swab to dab it on and it'll look great.

More than I can count still remain. Especially bad are my appendix scar from when I was 10, a large one from the removal of three large tumors and other surgery at the same time just a few years ago, and a a couple of other severe scars from surgery when I was 19. I also have a pitlike scar on my left forearm from the bite of a wolf spider when I was about 6-7 years old (hazy memory there). I forgot about my left thumb. The upper left curve hasn't filled out yet from when I was working and accidentally cut it off with an Exacto knife while working on what is called a blueline. The upper edge of my right ear has "cauliflower" scarring from a series of falls over the years. I see people mention emotional scars. I have plenty of those. The worst is from when I was 19 and fell in love but was parted from him because his parents didn't want him marrying an American girl. I've never fallen in love again, and I've never forgotten him though he undoubtedly found someone else. Some people are meant to be alone I think. So, those people who marry a lot of time are making up for those who never do, right?

Okay, the first step to heal a dried cut is to get rid of the dried blood. If it hasn't fully scabbed over yet, you will want to take antibiotic ointment and spread a lot over the cut. Then take some big bandages and stick them onto the cut. After about an hour, peel the bandages off and most of the dried on blood should come off, this should also help shrink the scab.
If you already have a scab, don't worry. You will want to rub a massive amount of mederma every few hours onto the cut. Try to avoid tight fitting shirts, because they will irritate your scab. Do NOT pick at it! Every night take a warm bath soak with epsom salt in it, this will help the scab fall off sooner. If it still hasn't went away for prom, you can just use coverup.

The best thing to use to keep that wound clean and get it healed is to use neosporin. You can get it at any drug store. As far as covering it up, I would go to any place that sells costume make up and get something like that to cover up the scar for the night.

well in a short time just use cover up untill then use coco butter to reduce the redness and it will make the scars smaller within time or use steach mark creams, that will also help but if you are completely not happy you can also see a surgen who can get rid of all thoes scars,

I'm like extremely clumsy, so i've figured out that if you put ALOT of lotion on the scar a couple of time a day, and put on mederma also helps speed it up!
