Christian - Are psychics and fairies considered demonic?

My dad considers them demonic. I am also christian and consider fairies (non fairy tale ones), as another interpretation of angels. Then again- the devil is supposed to appear as an angel of light. So, there would have to be some descrimination there. Psychics, I believe are usually frauds. But I also believe in intuition, that god gives prophecy and guidance and such, and I've had a few experiences. The bible says somewhere we are not supposed to communicate with the dead, so if you were to believe interpret that scripture to mean that we are not supposed to communicate psychicly with dead people as spirits, then yes, some christians would believe, at the least, psychics are breaking the word of God.

from a christian point of view I would have to ask How are you using them? The bible speaks agenst psychics. (it says nothing about farires) because they are not getting their power from God. And you have to think if they are not getting the power from God where are they getting it. Some think they are getting it from God- but then why does the bible to agree? The bible does have profits, but that if not the same as a psychics.

so psychics are out- but fairies are not real and are a fun idea. there is nothing wrong with pretending as long as you are not pretending to do somthing that is a sin. (like asking a psychic for help when God tells us not to.)

Satan can imitate anything that God can do, liek spiritual gifts, God has the Gift of prophecy and satan has psychics and some of these pyschics actually think they are gifted and don't realize a demon is whispering the info to them. As for fairies...demons can take any form and they can apepar as fairies as well.

No person is considered demonic - we are all created equal in God's eyes, but we can have demons in us - people who say they are psychic have chosed Satan as their God and as far as fairies go - it is not a Godly creation and they are not real, they are fantasy, but they don't represent God so they would not be a good thing to dwell on or watch on tv.

you should broaden your question it depends. fairies dont even exist but a demon could pose as one so i guess. God created everything including the physics of them so there's nothing wrong with it. but being master of nature, if you're saved and have faith you can defy the laws of physics and do miracles like walk on water and other things with the power of the Holy Spirit. but first you must ask forgiveness of you sins and repent and ask for them to be washed away with the blood of Jesus Christ and accept him as savior. continue to walk in grace and you will be like Jesus Christ including his powers with faith thus the term christian.

Personally, I've never met a psychic who wasn't a fraud. Never met a fairy so I cannot comment.
