My friend is getting pink streaks in her hair, I was wondering if I should do the same. Would that look funny?

Did you see the movie Grease? Remember the Pink Ladies? (The color is NOT the reason for my analogy here....)
Remember how they all wore the same jackets and little scarves and walked the same way and tried to out-do each other with their boyfriends? And remember how we laughed at them because they were SOOOO ridiculous? What made them ludicrous was their lack of individuality.....they were little carbon copies of each other and looked quite silly in the process.
My point is this - if your friend wants to get pink streaks because she WANTS to, then that's one thing. if you get pink streaks because SHE did, then that aint' so cool. If I were you, I'd go for my own distinct look. That way, when people looked at me they would see ME, and not some friend's little shadow.

It could actually work for you, it seriously depends on your hair and your confidence in the look . If you think it looks good then you will not fail in making the necessary adjustments. dyed my tips green but for my Fraternity but where I'm from its never been done but i made it work and all I've been hearing since November is how unique and hot it is. People will really dig it if you show you feel the same instead of being confused about it.

It would look wicked (cool) if your hair was a light brown, or a blonde so then it would seem like natural pink streaks lolz.

no, it wouldn't. do whatever you want. having a unique hair style or color is awesome. (i think pink streaks would look great.)

Depends on your natural hair colour...and if you don't keep dying it it could end up looking funny

Do you want to copy your friend? That may mess up your friendship if you do things like you friend. I have a friend that dose EVERY thing I do. Its so ANYOING! Just do what you want to do.
