Very good luck. Drink a ton of water so that your daily defecation floats in the potty. Your urine should run almost clear.

Get lots of activity to rev up your metabolism. Many small sets per day, or climbing steps, walking more, etc. All good.

Best of luck. 10 pounds in a month is a very very doable amount.

I could never stick to this diet. I found I craved apples and oranges too much! To me it is unnatural to avoid fruits. It is also good to have a bit of carb. There is NOTHING wrong with a whole grain bread or a healthy pasta. In moderation. There is a reason professional athletes love their carbs! This is not a diet one can stick to for life, that is the downfall. You want a healthy lifestyle for life.

Remember to take your vitamins.

The diet you are asking about is usually complicated with constipation due to lack of fiber. That is why the emphasis on a lot of water. Not pop. Not tea or coffee. Water!

Any food that has protein in it, well, not any food but mostly meat, fish, poultry. Ummm, why do you feel all carbs are bad? That is a misconception. Carbs are necessary for the body, but stay away from bad carbs such as white bread, white pasta and anything refined such as foods containing sugar. Good carbs such as the kinds you find in fruit are good for you and so is anything with whole wheat, muti grains, etc..

Vegetables are fine. However, if you eat a good amount of meat, the protein acts as carbohydrates. For the record, I'm a Diabetic.

I don't think meat has any carbs. Vegetables do have some, but not as much as fruit or bread.
