No, but my ex did.....at his father's memorial service! Every time he started to nod off, I would tap his knee and he would pay attention. He did this several times until I got fed up. The next time he started to fall asleep, I punched his knee hard. Unfortunately, it was right when Pastor had paused in his speaking and the sound was VERY obvious to those sitting around us. My ex awoke suddenly and looked around like 'what's happening?' His brother and mom, though, were kind of smirking about it. I'm glad they had a sense of humor. (Guess this wasn't the only time it had happened......)

No, but this old guy always fell asleep in church for years. But recently, he feel asleep and slumped over in the pew and died while the pastor was preaching. What a boring sermon! He's killing people.

Dude, when you've been in church as many times as I have, I'd have to be a terrible liar to say "no". Of course I have. I've fallen asleep in the Sanctuary during long sermons.

I haven't, but people sometimes do. Its so peaceful there, even during a dynamic sermon. The Holy Spirit brings such comfort, I can see how a person could relax and fall asleep.

EUTYCHUS did in the Bible...
he was a young man who was killed at Troas by falling from the window of a room in the third story, where Paul was preaching. His life was miraculously restored, Ac 20:6-12.
so have many others, and I must confess I did many years ago as a young child

Oooh can I count the times? I cant see how people do it, I mean 3 hours is too much we love JehovaGod and all but man an hour will do it! I cant keep myself from nodding off, and people say I snore loud so everyone notices! lol

I find if you don't go you won't fall asleep. Church is over rated. Sleeping in on a Sunday is so much nicer.
