Depends on who it is coming from:
1. From the weirdo that follows me, it's creepy
2. From my best guy friend, I know he means it, but it's mainly just words he tells me when he's glad i saved him from some major crap, lol...
3. But from the guy I love, it means the world to me :)

If the actions correspond with the words, yes I would love to hear the man I love say 'I love you'.

I wouldn't just think of it as words if a guy I really cared about/loved/liked said that to me, I would be thrilled.

Our brains work differently, so when they say that, "women have sex to get love and men give love to get sex." I firmly agree. If women would realize that men are slaves to their hormones, literally, then I think they'd get along much better.
But, if you love someone, yes, you should verbalize it once in a while, as well as show it with non-verbal actions, and so should your partner.

depends if you loved that person back... if you love someone you want them to say it... if you dont then its the worst thing they can say, because it makes it so much harder to dump them xx
