I got such a laugh out of your question! Thank you!
I agree the whole thing is dubious and on shakey ground. Wish I had more time write now. I will try and get back to edit.

Alot is being said today about Jesus and how he's a prophet,
and he's married, and now you say b.f.'s...The Historian,or
Theologian, maybe look at things different from the inspired
Holy Spirit of God Almighty.Read the Bible ask God to give you wisdom to comprehend the Bible.Go to Church just give it a chance. This is what the enemy wants is for you to be lost and
depressed.and miss the boat, when Jesus comes again to take his people home, this will happen, and all the Prophecies are met
today. We are here by The Grace of God only.Investigate this matter. That's more important than if Jesus walked on water...

The disciples were not Jesus' boyfriends.
And yes, historians did write about Jesus.
Josephus:"About this time came Jesus, a wise man, if indeed it is appropriate to call him a man. For he was a performer of paradoxical feats, a teacher of people who accept the unusual with pleasure, and he won over many of the Jews and also many Greeks. He was the Christ. When Pilate, upon the accusation of the first men amongst us, condemned him to be crucified, those who had formerly loved him did not cease [to follow him], for he appeared to them on the third day, living again, as the divine prophets foretold, along with a myriad of other marvellous things concerning him. And the tribe of the Christians, so named after him, has not disappeared to this day."
Tacitus:"Nero fastened the guilt [of starting the blaze] and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius [14-37] at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judaea, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome, where all things hideous and shameful from every part of the world find their centre and become popular"

You ever actually read the Bible or history?
Oh wait, Luke - a historian/archivist and medical doctor. Not one of the 12....
But to answer - there weren't exactly a whole bunch of Roman historians in the boat watching this happen.

Are you trying to blaspheme, or are you outing yourself?
It is hard to interpret.
Tacitus, Josephus, Seutonius, Pliny, Julius Africanus, Thallus, among others, wrote about Jesus.

Well there is one, but it was about 70 years later. Josephus wrote a Jewish history and included a reference to him that came from oral history. It wasn't much, but it was there.
